outdated room warm night
the location was good (very central).
The room was outdated and looked quite worn. the air conditioning did not work well. It was a very warm night and i had trouble sleeping. (honestly, i expected much better for the price).

superb location opulent area professional service little trouble
The hotel location was superb. Very close to the main station. the breakfast area was opulent and grand. the staff offered professional service at all times. nothing seemed like too much trouble, which i appreciated.
the room keys were traditional. this reminded me of a potential security risk because they can easily be copied.

The hotel is very centrally located. It is a short walk to the main train station and the excellent cathedral is just across the street. this makes getting around and seeing major sights very convenient.

staff were helpful and friendly from arrival to departure. the bellboy even walked with me to the train station platform upon check out. this level of personal service was a highlight.
